Delivery Costs
Shipping to UK customers via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is FREE.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is also available for UK Customers at a flat rate of £5.00.
Shipping to Europe is charged at a flat rate of £5.00
Shipping to Rest of World (USA etc) is charged at a flat rate of £10.00.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you on the day you ordered if placed before 4pm (UK time) . Orders are sent using the UK's Royal Mail Signed For service, and is expected to arrive within three business days within the UK (although most items arrive sooner).
Goods sent via our 'UK Next Day Courier - Guaranteed 24 Hour Recorded Delivery' service must be ordered before 3pm (UK time) to enable the order to be delivered within the specified 24 hour period. Orders placed after 3pm (UK time) will be shipped the next day. Please note that this service is only in operation Monday to Friday.
International orders are generally received in 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note that all items are dispatched via recorded delivery & require a signature upon receipt.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Where we have supplied goods to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods in your possession pending their return to us. We will only accept the returned goods in their original packaging and which do not exhibit signs of wear or tear. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods on delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract. Please note that Quality Control in Thailand and other Countries we import from is not the same as the UK. Whilst we sell only the best quality products, designs may vary in consistancy (i.e. colour etc) and the pictured designs are to be used as a guide only. With regard to Sauna Suits which are guaranteed for 28 days (correct usage only), we will not replace a Sauna Suit which has damaged by means other than normal wear & tear such as fingers pushed through the vinyl etc. You must return the goods to us by registered post or similar within five days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) from the date of the Cancellation Notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. If the goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier. Once we has received the returned goods and satisfied itself that you have complied with the above, we will send you confirmation by e-mail that the return of the goods has been accepted by us and will immediately make a refund of the contract price to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods.
